Police have arrested two people


Police have arrested two people after World War I medals, luxury watches, sporting equipment and expensive household items worth tens of thousands of dollars were allegedly stolen from homes on Sydney's northern beaches.

The men were arrested after police allegedly recovered the items from the garage of an apartment at Narrabeen yesterday.

They also allegedly found a firearm.
A 36-year-old man was charged with aggravated break and enter offences.
He was refused bail to appear at Hornsby Local Court today.

A NSW Police media spokesman could not say if the second man had been charged.
